摘 要:目的了解某铬污染区蔬菜铬污染状况。方法利用石墨炉—原子吸收仪对该污染区20个蔬菜品种204个样品的可食部分中重金属铬进行定量检测。结果监测的20种蔬菜都存在不同程度的超标现象,均高于国家标准(0.5mg/kg)。其中铬含量排名前五位的蔬菜依次为玉米(4.471 mg/kg),土豆(4.301 mg/kg)、大白菜(3.524 mg/kg)、大葱(3.688 mg/kg)、油麦菜(3.525 mg/kg);不同类别蔬菜间的铬含量不尽相同,且差异有统计学意义,其中含量最高的为根茎类(3.473±0.750)mg/kg,其次是叶菜类(3.293±0.851)mg/kg,最低的是瓜果类(2.937±0.865)mg/kg。并且裸露地蔬菜中的铬含量(3.430±0.771)mg/kg高于温棚里蔬菜的铬含量(2.853±0.852)mg/kg。结论该污染区蔬菜铬污染状况比较严重,需采取一定的措施进行治理。Objective To understand the status of the chromium pollution in vegetables in a chrome pollution district. Methods By using graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometer in 20 varieties of vegetables from the pollution area, 204 samples of chromium in edible parts were quantitatively detected. Results Results showed that Cr pollution of 20 kinds of vegetables monitored were higher than the national standard (0.5 mg/kg). The five vegetables with top chromium contents were corn (4.471 mg/kg), potato (4.301 mg/kg), Chinese cabbage (3.524 mg/kg), spring onion (3.688 mg/kg) and leaf lettuce (3.525 mg/kg). The chromium contents of different types of vegetables were different, and the difference was statistically significant. The highest level of chromium was in the root vegetables (3.473 ±0.750 mg/kg), the second was the leaf vegetables (3.293 ± 0.851 mg/kg), melons and fruits were the lowest class (2.937 ± 0.865 mg/kg). And chromium content of vegetables in bare ground (3.430 ± 0.771 mg/kg) was higher than that of vegetables in greenhouses (2.853±0.852 mg/kg). Conclusion The chromium pollution of vegetables in the area is serious, we need to take certain measures to govern the pollution.
