心理护理干预影响侵袭性牙周炎的效果探析

摘　　要：目的探讨实施心理护理干预对侵袭性牙周炎的影响效果。方法选取该院牙周粘膜科2012年1月—2013年8月收治的侵袭性牙周炎患者56例,随机分为观察组和对照组,其中,对照组27例患者接受常规治疗,观察组29例患者在对照组的基础上增加心理护理干预,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组患者配合治疗率、定期复诊率、坚持自我维护率及治愈好转率分别为100%、96.55%、100%、100%,对照组患者配合治疗率、定期复诊率、坚持自我维护率及治愈好转率分别为62.96%、55.56%、44.44%、48.15%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在侵袭性牙周炎治疗过程中对患者实施针对性的心理护理干预,可有效提高临床治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of psychological nursing intervention on aggressive periodontitis. Methods 56 patients with aggressive periodontitis admitted in Periodontal Membrane Department of our hospital from January 2012 to August 2013 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group. 27 patients in the control group were given the conventional therapy, and 29 patients in the observation group were given psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the treatment given to the control group. And the clinical effect of two groups of patients was compared. Results The rate of partner treatment, regular visit rate, adhere to the self maintenance rate and cure and improvement rate of the patients in the observation group was 100%, 96.55%, 100%, 100%, respectively, and that of the control group was 62.96%, 55.56%, 44.44%, 48.15%, respectively, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Targeted psychological nursing intervention given to the patients during the treatment of aggressive periodontitis, can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
