摘  要:通过文献资料法、问卷调查法及数理统计法等科研方法对大学开展瑜伽教学和大学生锻炼态度进行调查分析。大学生对瑜伽健身的认知、满意度较好;大学生健身态度在瑜伽教学前后比较,在行为态度、目标态度、行为认知、行为习惯及情感体验这几个维度上存在显著差异性。建议:教育行政部门重视瑜伽教学,高校要注重专业师资的培养和培训,大学生要成立瑜伽社团组织提高对瑜伽的认知和训练水平。Through using the method of literature review, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, this paper makes analysis on college Yoga teaching and students’ fitness attitude.Students of Yoga fitness cognition,satisfaction is better;comparison of college students'attitude on the teaching of Yoga and fitness, In the behavioral attitude, objective attitude,behavior cognitive, habits and emotional experience there exist significant differences in these dimensions.suggestions:the educational administrative departments attach importance to teaching, Yoga, colleges and universities should pay more attention to the training and the training of professional teachers, college students should set up Yoga community organizations to improve the cognition and the level of training Yoga.
