摘  要:详细分析当前脉诊课程设置与临床实践现状,提出将"情境认知"理论与"系统辨证脉学"相结合,以"系统辨证脉学"为蓝本,运用"情境认知脉诊教学法"对脉诊教学课程和培训模式进行改革,以期形成符合脉诊临床实践教学需求的新的教学模式和实训课程培训方式,改变既往理论教学与实践应用相脱节的现状,从而提高临床实习生脉诊操作技能水平,培养出更多高层次、高水平的诊脉人才。This author analyzes in details the present pulse-taking curriculums and clinical practice, and proposes to apply the theory of "situated cognition" and "systemic sphygmology based on syndrome differentiation". With "systemic sphygmology based on syndrome differentiation" as the blueprint, take reforms in pulse-taking curriculums and training model by applying "situation cognitive method of pulse", in order to form a new teaching mode and training methods that meet the requirements of pulse-taking teaching in clinical practice. Change the current situation where theory teaching does not conform to the practical application so as to improve the pulse-taking skill level of clinical trainees and cultivate more pulse-taking talents with high level and quality.
