摘  要:为提升农村学校教育信息化的应用水平,该文采用德尔菲法和问卷法对江西省欠发达地区部分中小学校教育信息化的现状进行了调查,获得了影响这些学校教育信息化发展的主要因素,并借助系统动力学相关理论及基模分析方法,建构了欠发达地区中小学教育信息化系统的成长上限基模和消除这一成长上限基模的对策基模,提出要推动欠发达地区中小学校教育信息化的有效开展,领导者的理念、决策层的政策措施以及经费的投入是关键因素。对推动欠发达地区中小学教育信息化提供更为系统、科学、准确的解决思路。With the purpose of improving the level of educational informationization of rural schools, this paper has found out some main factors of affecting the development of school educational informationization by applying Delphi Method and Questionnaire to survey on the status quo of educational informationization of some primary and secondary schools in Jiangxi Province. By means of system dynamics theories and archetype analysis, this paper has constructed the Limits to Growth Model and eliminated the countermeasure model of the previous one. Leaders’ concept, policy measures by decision makers as well as funds investment are key factors to promote effectively and provide systematic, scientiifc and accurate solutions for educational informationization of primary and secondary school in underdeveloped areas.
