摘　　要：本文着重探讨了目前法律英语教学中存在的主要问题,以及必须重视学生法律和英语基本技能的早期培养,结合法律电影教学方法,来培养学生的兴趣,同时应加大对法律英语师资力量的培训投入力度,确保国家复合型法律人才培养的顺利进行。In this paper, the author mainly discusses the major issues we meet in our legal English teaching practice, and puts forward the ideas that we must emphasize the training of the students＇ basic skills of English and foster their interests by uitilizing English movie teaching mode. Meanwhile, investment in training of English teachers of the law forces should be enhanced to ensure the smooth progress in educating the national legal talents training.
