美沙酮门诊患者生命质量及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的掌握广西美沙酮维持治疗患者的生命质量现状,探讨其影响因素。方法对广西670名美沙酮维持治疗患者生命质量进行自填式问卷调查。结果汉族、少数民族患者生命质量总均分分别为（145.91±28.72）、（150.95±27.81）分,无工作、有工作患者生命质量总均分分别为（142.89±28.81）、（152.25±27.39）分,无婚姻、有婚姻的患者生命质量总均分分别为（142.95±28.94）、（152.12±27.21）分,月收入〈100、100~499、500~999、≥1 000元的患者生命质量总均分分别为（140.19±30.60）、（141.46±26.63）、（153.28±25.55）、（156.13±25.70）分,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）;多元线性回归分析表明,生命质量总分的影响因素为有无婚姻和月收入。结论有无婚姻和经济收入水平是美沙酮门诊患者生命质量的重要影响因素。Objective To explore the quality of life among methadone maintenance treatment patients in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region（Guangxi）and to identify its determinants.Methods A field investigation was conducted to survey demographic characteristics and the quality of life among 670 methadone maintenance treatment patients using a self-administered questionnaire.Results The mean total score of quality of life for the Han and ethnic minority patients was 145.91±28.72 and150.95±27.81（P〈0.05）;the mean total score of quality of life for the unemployed and employed patients was 142.89±28.81 and 152.25±27.39（P〈0.05）;the mean total score of quality of life for the patients with monthly earning of〈100,100-499,500-999,and≥1000（RMB Yuan）was 140.19±30.60,141.46±26.63,153.28±25.55,and 156.13±25.70,respectively（P〈0.05）.The results of multivariate analysis showed that marital status and personal monthly income were influencing factors for the total score of quality of life among the patients.Conclusion Marital status and personal income level are important determinants for quality of life among the patients with methodone maintenance treatment.
