摘　　要：加强高校公益性学生社团建设对提升大学生综合素质,促进高校公益事业发展,以及构建当代公民社会有着重要意义。基于此,从公益性学生社团的制度管理、服务项目、资源开拓,以及队伍建设等四个方面进行探索,并提出相关的建议,以期更好地发挥公益性学生社团在高校实践育人﹑完善"第三部门"属性、培育和发展公民社会等方面的作用。Strengthening nonprofit student association construction is of great significance to improve the overall quality of students, promote the development of university public welfare,and build a contemporary citizen society. This paper explores this issue from the four aspects of the system management of student associations,service project,resource development,and team construction and pro-poses relevant suggestions in order to better play its role in the practice of educating people,perfecting the“third sector”attribute,and nurturing and developing the citizen society.
