摘  要:以硫酸锌和硫酸铝作为复合改性剂、尿素为分散剂,制备出绿色环保、低成本的聚乙烯醇(PVA)商标胶;以黏度和耐水性作为考核指标,采用单因素试验法优选出制备改性PVA商标胶的最佳工艺条件。研究结果表明:当w(PVA)=20%(相对于水质量而言)、反应温度为85℃、反应时间为3 h、m(硫酸锌)=3 g、m(硫酸铝)=4 g和m(尿素)=6 g时,改性PVA商标胶的黏度(80 Pa·s)、适用期(270 d)和耐水性(耐水时间为72 h)均明显优于纯PVA商标胶。With zinc sulfate and aluminium sulfate as composite modifier,and urea as disperser,a green environment friendly polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) trademark adhesive with lower cost was prepared. With viscosity and water resistance as evaluation indexes,the optimal process conditions of preparing modified PVA trademark adhesive were preferred by single-factor experiment. The research results showed that the viscosity (80 Pa·s),working life (270 d),and water resistance (water resistant time at 72h)of the modified PVA trademark adhesive were obviously better than those of pure PVA trademark adhesive when mass fraction of PVA was 20% in water,reaction temperature and reaction time were 85 ℃ and 3h respectively,and the zinc sulfate,aluminium sulfate,and urea were 3,4,6g respectively.
