金莲花功能性接装胶对卷烟吸食品质的影响研究

摘　　要：将金莲花(Trollius L.)粉末加入卷烟接装胶中,对该金莲花功能性接装胶卷制的卷烟进行感官评吸,同时用吸烟机捕集卷烟烟气中的粒相物质,利用同时蒸馏萃取,并运用GC/MS定性、定量分析烟气致香成分。结果表明,在接装胶中加入不同目数的金莲花粉末混合静置后,240目无明显分层现象。与空白样相比,当金莲花粉末添加量为3%时,与烟香协调、烟气细腻、杂气减少且余味有所改善,卷烟中主要致香成分显著增加。Trollius L. powder was added to functional tipping adhesive containing globeflower to produce blended cigarettes samples. After sensory taste, the cigarette smoke was trapped with the smoking machine. The total particulate matter of the mainstream smoke was collected. The smoke was extracted through the simuhaneous and extraction method, and analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by GC-MS. The results showed that stirring the functional tipping adhesive containing different mesh number of globeflower and standing for a while, there was no stratification for the mesh of 240. Compared with the blank samples,it was harmonious with tobacco in favor when the addition of globeflower was 3%. The smoothness of tobacco smoke was enhanced, with reduced offensive taste. The aftertaste was improved through increasing significantly the content of aromatic components in blended tobacco containing globeflower dust.
