摘　　要：以100型角向磨光机为例对电机冲片优化设计,提出改进方法并通过试验验证以提高工具的整机功率。总结出3种不同规格冲片应用范围,其原理也可用于其他电动工具冲片的设计与开发。Take 100 type Angle grinder as example to optimize the motor lamination design, and put forward the improvement method and the test to improve overall power. Sum up the three kinds of different laminations application range, and its principle can be also be used for other electric tools lamination design and development.
