摘 要:在沉浸理论和沉浸体验的基础上,把一种修正的兴趣平衡线沉浸体验训练方法应用于大学生竞赛的赛前训练,可以使大学生在赛前获得必要的竞赛技能。对近4年来不同竞赛不同类型的学生数据进行分析与研究,结果表明,使用沉浸体验策略小组的获奖率达到59%,为使用传统训练方法的小组1.8倍,有效的解决了参赛者厌学、焦虑等情绪,提高了参赛学生的关注度、学习兴趣及创新能力。Based on flow theory and experience, this paper puts forward a modified flow experience-based training model featured by interest balancing line, and holds that such a model can be adopted in training participants for college student contests, helping them equip with necessary contest skills. After analyzing data collected from different college student contests in the last 4 years, this paper finds that the award winning rate of participants who were trained by flow experience – based method stands at 59%, which is 1.8 times as much as that of participants who were trained by traditional methods. Therefore, this paper concludes that flow experience-based training model can effectively relieve participants’ learning-weariness and anxiety, and increase their attention, interest and innovation ability.
