摘 要:针对目前植物油掺劣检测方法特异性不强、检测标准滞后的研究现状,通过对三电极工作原理的分析,提出一种基于MSP430F5529微控制器的植物油三电极电化学参数检测系统.该系统由三电极传感器、信号调理电路、微控制器,以及上下位机通讯等模块构成.从电化学角度出发,采用自行设计的三电极检测电路,在循环伏安电激励信号作用下,研究其响应特性.结果表明:随着植物油掺劣比例的加大,响应曲线变化明显,循环伏安响应图可作为检测食用植物油掺伪程度的参考.Aiming at the status of poor specificity of the present adulterated vegetable oil detection method and outdated detection standards, we analyzed the three-electrode work principle, and proposed a three-electrode vegetable oil electrochemical parameter detection system based on MSP430F5529 microcontroller. The system comprised a three-electrode sensor, a signal conditioning circuit, a microcontroller, an upper computer, a lower computer and so on. From the view of electrochemistry, we studied the response characteristics of the self-made electrode detection circuit under the action of a cyclic voltammetry electric excitation signal. The results showed that the response curve had an obvious change as the proportion of adulterated vegetable oil increased; and the cyclic voltammetry response curve could provide reference for detection of adulteration degree of editable vegetable oils_
