摘　　要：实验室是高校教学、科研与人才培养的重要基地。地方本科院校实验室管理应深化管理机制的改革,根据所承担的课程教学任务的不同,实行集中管理与分散管理相结合,便于实验教学资源的整合配置与调度,从而降低管理成本,提高管理效率,促进实验教学资源最大化利用。In colleges and universities,the laboratory is an important part of teaching,scientific researching and talent-training base.Local undergraduate colleges and universities should deepen their reform of the management mechanism of the laboratory,well combine centralized management and decentralized management according to the different teaching task and rationally integrate experimental teaching resources so as to reduce the management costs,improve the efficiency and maximize the utilization of the resources.
