摘 要:根据铁路作业区内装卸作业的要求和特点,引入允许作业时间概念,将铁路作业区轨道门吊配置问题分为轨道门吊调度问题和数量优化配置问题.通过建立混合整数规划模型,对轨道门吊进行柔性调度,使装卸作业最大完工时间最小、轨道门吊作业均衡以及任务期内运营成本最低.此外,设计了基于使用权分配的遗传算法对模型进行求解.最后选取集装箱卸车过程作为算例对算法和模型进行验证,结果表明,提出的轨道门吊优化配置模型能对作业区轨道门吊数量进行合理配置,提高了装卸作业效率.According to the requirements and characteristics of the handling operation of railway areas,introducing the concept of allowing operation time.In order to make the handling operation completion time minimum,rail-mounted gantry crane workload equilibrium and the cost during the period of operation lowest,the rail-mounted gantry crane allocation problem in the railway area is divided into optimized allocation of quantity and optimized deployment,then a mixed integer programming model was build up.Furthermore,agenetic algorithm based usufruct allocation to solve the problem is presented.Finally,an example based on container unloading is used to test the proposed method and the results shows that the proposed modal can optimize allocation of quantity and improve the efficiency of loading and unloading operation.
