摘  要:针对采煤机在薄煤层等复杂地质条件下的自动化开采作业,提出并构建基于单向示范刀的采煤机记忆截割模型,在对相关参数进行分析的基础上,应用粒子群算法对采煤机截割轨迹进行分析和规划,最后通过Matlab软件对采煤机截割轨迹进行模拟和仿真,验证基于单向示范刀的记忆截割方法的可行性。In view of automated mining operations of the shearer in complex geological conditions such as the thin coal seam, put forward and build cutting model of memory based on one-way demonstrate cutter of shearer. On the basis of the analysis of related parameters, apply the particle swarm optimization algorithm to analyse and plan the coal winning machine cutting path. At last, simulated the coal winning machine cutting trajectory through the Matlab software and authenticated the feasibility of the memory cutting method based on one-way demonstrate cutter of shearer.
