摘　　要：针对我国在编制战略性新兴产业发展规划中普遍存在的突出问题,在对技术竞争情报与技术预见概念及其相互关系讨论的基础上,分析了技术竞争情报和技术预见在战略性新兴产业发展中的促进作用,并结合"2030年云南生物医药产业的技术预见研究"课题的典型案例剖析,就基于竞争情报的产业技术预见的过程进行深入研究。In response to our outstanding problems prevalent in the preparation of strategic emerging Industries development plan,this an article analyzes the role of competitive technical intelligence and technologies foresight in the development of strategic emerging Industries,basis of discussed on competitive technical intelligence and technologies foresight and their interrelationships,and depth research on the process of the Industry technologies foresight with competitive intelligence,combined with typical case analysis＂technologies foresight in bio-pharmaceutical industry in Yunnan in 2030＂subject.
