摘　　要：界定了高校虚拟科研团队和知识共享能力的概念;构建了高校虚拟科研团队知识共享能力评价的指标体系,详细说明了利用模糊一致偏好关系确定指标权重的过程;提出了高校虚拟科研团队知识共享能力的综合云评价模型。最后通过实例阐述了高校虚拟科研团队知识共享能力评价的流程及评价结果分析。This paper defines the conception of virtual scientific research in colleges and universities and knowledge sharing capability. It constructs index system for knowledge sharing capability evaluation, and demonstrates the process of the weight of each index. Comprehensive cloud evaluation model is presented for knowledge sharing capability evaluation. Finally, a case is chosen to illustrate the process and result analysis of knowledge sharing capability evaluation of colleges and universities.
