摘 要:TMCP工艺可改善钢板力学性能,但同时钢板内应力增加,板形控制难度增大。本文根据TMCP工艺的特点,结合实际工业生产数据,研究了支撑辊辊型、弯辊力调节对钢板板凸度的影响;分析了钢板连续冷却过程中发生相变膨胀的温度点,结合实际水冷工艺,可明确水比调节方向。现场实例表明,采用上述措施,钢板板形控制良好。The mechanical properties of plate could be improved by TMCP technology, but at the same time, the internal stress level of the plate was increased significantly. It was harder to control the plate shalbe. In this paper, based on the char- acteristics of TMCP process, combined with the actual industrial production data, the effects of roll profile and bending force adjusting on plate crown were researched. Meanwhile, the expansion phase transformation temperature during contin- uous cooling process was analyzed. Combined with the actual plate cooling process, the water ratio adjustment direction was obtained. Practical example showed that the plate shape was controlled well by above measures.
