摘 要:从武汉某一湖泊中分离出一株具有聚藻作用的菌株,经过生理生化特性和16Sr DNA序列分析,该菌株被鉴定为根癌土壤杆菌。对该菌株去除铜绿微囊藻的效果和机理进行了进一步的研究,结果表明,本文分离出的根癌土壤杆菌对铜绿微囊藻具有很好的去除效果,加入体积比为1.5%的细菌培养液,在2天后,溶液主体的藻浓度去除率可达到92.5%。根癌土壤杆菌对铜绿微囊藻的去除作用主要是通过凝聚效应,而不是通过溶藻效应抑制藻类生长。进一步研究发现,只有当该聚藻菌株与藻细胞直接接触时,菌株才能够起到聚藻作用,而菌株生长液的过滤液并没有任何聚藻作用,表明聚藻活性物质结合在根癌土壤杆菌的细胞表面。聚藻菌株技术与过滤或者其他物理分离技术相结合除藻时,不会导致藻细胞的破裂,是一种具有应用前景的除藻方法。A strain of algae-coagulating bacterium was isolated from a lake in Wuhan, China and i- dentified as Agrobacterium sp. according to physiological-biochemical characteristics and 16SrDNA se- quences analysis. The removal efficiency and mechanism of Microcystis aeruginosa by the screened bacte- rium were investigated. The algae-coagulating bacterium had a remarkable removal effect on Microcystis aeruginosa. 92. 5% of algae were aggregated and removed after 2 d by adding the bacteriuml culture at the volumetric ratio of 1.5 %. Algae removal was mainly due to the agglomeration effect of the bacterium on alzal cells rather than the algicidal effect since the bacteria hardly inhibited algal growth. Further-more, the algae-coagulating bacterium could aggregate Microcystis aeruginosa effectively only when algal cells and bacterial ceils contact directly, indicating that the active algae-coagulating substances were bounded to the bacterial membrane. The algae-coagulating bacterium might be a promoting method to re- move algae combined with filtration or other physical separation method, which would not result in the cleavage of algal cells.
