摘 要:转录因子在调控苹果果实成熟衰老过程中起到至关重要的作用。利用生物信息学方法从苹果基因组数据库筛选出22个HD-ZipⅠ转录因子家族成员并进行分类。通过对不同组织基因表达特异性分析,筛选出6个在成熟果实中表达的基因,进一步分析其在果实成熟贮藏过程中的表达差异。实时荧光定量PCR分析结果表明,在‘富士’果实采后贮藏过程中,有3个家族成员的表达与乙烯存在不同程度的联系,其中MdHZ 6在果实常温贮藏中的表达与内源乙烯含量变化有较高的相关性,且均在35d达到峰值;MdHZ 15和MdHZ 17在内源乙烯高峰之前有显著上调,预测三者与苹果的成熟衰老相关。Plant transcription factors play the crucial role in the regulation of apple (Malus domestica) fruit ripening and senescence. Using bioinformatics methods with apple genome database, we have se- lected and identified 22 members of the HD-Zip I subfamily. Through the analysis of gene expression in different tissue, six genes expressed and showed different expression patterns in fruit during storage. The qPCR analysis results shows that three family members express different degree of relationship with IEC in 'Fuji' fruit. The geneMdHZ 6 has a dramatically uniformity with endogenous ethyl- ene content, and the peak arrived in 35 days. In addition, MdHZ 15 andMdHZ 17 arrived the peak before endogenous ethylene significant increase. These results predict these genes have a relationship with mature and senescence in apple.
