摘 要:提出了一种具有新型定子结构的无轴承开关磁阻电机(BSRM),其可实现转矩与悬浮力的解耦,同时由于定子三相共用一套悬浮绕组,因而结构简单,易于控制,电流利用率高。简要介绍了新型BSRM的结构特点和悬浮运行原理。基于有限元仿真,对新型电机的电感、转矩和悬浮力分布特性进行了分析;分析结果表明新型BSRM具有良好的悬浮运行性能。推导了悬浮力表达式,给出了具体的实现方法。A bearingless switched reluctance motor (BSRM) with novel stator structure was proposed in this paper.The new type BSRM can realize decoupling control of torque and suspending force. Meanwhile, as three-phases share thesame set of suspension winding, so it has the advantages of simple structure, easy to control, high utilization rate of cur-rent. The structure characteristic and operational principle of the new BSRM were demonstrated. Its electromagnetic charac-teristics, such as inductance, suspending force and torque, were analyzed and compared using finite element method. Theanalysis results indicate that the new scheme is effective for a stable levitation. The suspending force expressions are givenaccordingly. Moreover, the corresponding control method is presented.
