摘 要:分析了用于定轴式混合动力车变速器的电控电动膜片弹簧离合器执行机构的功能需求,提出了将双向超越离合器应用于离合器执行机构的设计,用于同时实现正向高效驱动和反向锁止功能;描述了新型离合器执行机构的基本工作原理和样机的具体机械结构,详细分析了所用单锲块式双向超越离合器实现反向锁止以及正向高效驱动功能的原理;最后通过试验验证了所述新型执行机构的可行性,并分析了样机存在的不足以及改进途径.This paper analyzes the functional requirements of the electric diaphragm spring clutch actuator in the fixed shaft transmission for hybrid vehicles.Then,a design to apply a two-way overreach clutch to the clutch actuator is proposed,which is used to realize positive high efficiency driving and the reverse self-locking function at the same time.Moreover,the authors describe both the working principle of the proposed clutch actuator and the mechanical structure of its prototype,and analyze the principles in great detail of how the two-way overreach clutch realizes the reverse self-locking and the positive high efficiency driving function.Finally,the feasibility of the proposed clutch actuator is verified by experiments,and its shortcomings and corresponding solutions are also expounded.
