摘　　要：教研室是高校最基层的教学管理组织,担负着教学、科研、师资队伍建设等重要任务。教研室建设能提供给课程建设以较强的物质与精神的支持。加强教研室建设是推进课程建设的基础,能够更好的促进教学质量的提高。the Department is the most basic level of teaching management organization, plays an important role in teaching, scientific research,teachers team construction.The Department offers courses in the construction of material and spiritual strong support. To strengthen the laboratory construction is the foundation to promote the curriculum construction, to better promote the improvement ofteaching quality.
