显微超声治疗根管内多种器械折断的临床分析

摘　　要：本文通过总结2011-06-2013-07收治的6例同一根管内多种折断器械的病例,着重探讨在根管显微镜下采用超声技术建立直线通路、侧支旁路,震荡冲洗,如何预防根管侧穿,器械二次折断、脱落等问题,为临床医师在处理类似情况提供参考及借鉴。This paper summarizes 6 cases with multi-fracture of dental instruments in tooth root canal treated in our hospital from June 2011 to July 2013,the creation of a straight pathway,establishment of collateral bypass,ultrasonic vibration,prevention of root perforation and secondary instrument fracture were emphasized,a reference in dealing with similar situations was provided.
