摘　　要：生物化学是生命科学的核心课程和中心支柱,在基础生物学课程体系中占有重要的地位,同时又是实践性很强的专业课程。近八年来本校对该课程进行了立体化的教学模式的探索和实践,实现了该课程教材建设立体化、教学内容立体化、教学方法立体化、理论与实践课的统一以及教学评价"立体化"。该教学模式在独立院校生物化学课程中取得了很好的效果,值得推广。Biochemistry is a core course of life science, and it is very important and very practical in basic course in biology. Our Institute have explorated and practised three-dimensional teaching on biochemistry in recent 8 years, and achieved teaching material construction of three-dimensional, the teaching content of three-dimensional, the three-dimensional teaching method, the unification of theory and Practice Course and Evaluation of the ＂three-dimensional teaching＂. The teaching mode has achieved good results in the biochemistry course in independent colleges, worthy of promotion .
