摘  要:有机化学实验教学在大学生科研能力的培养中起着至关的重要的作用,在实验教学中教师应把学生作为教学过程的主体,加大综合性实验的比例,让学生在实验设计、试剂配制、动手实验、结果比较与分析的整个过程中充分发挥主观能动性,并将有机化学实验与化学其他学科实验有效结合培养学生综合应用知识的能力。本课题组进行以培养学生科研思维能力和创新精神为目标的有机化学设计性实验教学改革,提高学生参加实验的主动性和积极性,培养学生自我思考的实验设计理念和严谨的科学态度,在培养学生科研能力方面取得了较好的效果。Organic chemistry experimental course is a way to raise scientific research capability of students. Teachers should take students as the instruction subject of the teaching process, increase the proportion of comprehensive experiments, exert students' subjective initiative by designing experiment, preparing Reagents, experimenting by themselves, comparing and analysising test results, meanwhile combining organic chemistry experiment and other chemical experiment in order to developing students' comprehensive application ability. We carried out teaching reform basing on design of experiment, in order to improve the initiative and enthusiasm of students' in experiment, train the idea of designing experiment by themselves and rigorous scientific attitude. The teaching reform had obtained some satisfying results in training students' scientific research ability.
