摘　　要：结合学院省级实验教学示范中心建设与管理的实践,从实验中心组织架构进行了分析,探索了旅游与酒店管理实验教学中心的管理模式和运行机制,通过实行创新实验室队伍建设机制、开放运行机制、预约使用机制、科研支撑教学机制,使之成为培养学生实践能力和创新能力的场所,成为辐射和示范作用强的实验教学基地。In view of the practice of construction of the tourism and hotel management experimental center in Xiangtan University, management mode and running mechanism were discussed in this paper. The center has introduced the systems of laboratory team construction, the opening experiment teaching, appointment using and research-led teaching, the center which is a strong radiation model helps to cultivate students＇ practical capability and innovative ability.
