摘　　要：一支高水平、高素质的复合型实验师资队伍是高校培养具有创新精神和实践能力应用型人才的基础,是实验室建设、实验教学质量、科研水平提升的重要支撑。文中结合当前创新型人才培养模式的理论指导,分析实验师资队伍现状,从人员构建、激励机制、技能素质培训、业绩考核制度等方面提出相应对策建议,将培养学生创新能力与实验技能作为基本任务,努力建设适合高校现代化实验室体系创新人才培养的师资队伍,充分发挥团队在实验室中的带头指导作用。A high-level, high-quality compound experiment teaching team is the foundation of cultivating innovative spirit and practical ability for applied talents, which is also the important support of improving the laboratory building, experimental teaching quality and the level of scientific research. Combined with the current mode of innovative talents theoretical guidance, we analyzed of experimental faculty status, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions about quality of skills training, performance of ap- praisal system. Moreover, we will develop students＇ creative abilities and experimental skills as a basic task, try to build a modem system of laboratories for college innovative training of teachers, giving full play to the leading team in the lab guide.
