摘　　要：伊犁职业技术学院植物保护专业通过多年的实践和探索,创新出"生产结合,分段施教,实境培养"的人才培养模式,重构"一个专业,三个方向,四阶递进"的课程体系,加强"双师型"师资队伍建设,注重对学生专业技能的培养,取得了良好教学效果。Yili Vocational and Technical College, for many years of practice, has created its personnel cultivation mode of“combination of learning with production, implementing teaching in segmentation and on-the-job cultivation”in the plantprotection specialty. The paper states that the personnel cultivation innovation in plant protection specialty should reset upcurriculum based on“one specialty, three orientations, four- step progression”, intensify“double- professionally- titled”teaching staff construction and emphasize students’skill training.
