马来酸桂哌齐特注射液治疗椎基底动脉供血不足所致眩晕的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨马来酸桂哌齐特注射液在治疗椎基底动脉供血不足所致眩晕方面的临床应用。方法选取我院2013年1月—2014年3月收治的75例椎基底动脉供血不足所致眩晕患者,随机分为治疗组(38例)与对照组(37例),对照组患者给予丹参注射液治疗,治疗组给予应用马来酸桂哌齐特注射液治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效,采用经颅多普勒超声(TCD)检测治疗前后左椎动脉、右椎动脉及基底动脉收缩末期、舒张末期峰流速。结果治疗组总有效率为94.7%(36/38),高于对照组的81.1%(30/37),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前后左椎动脉、右椎动脉及基底动脉收缩末期、舒张末期峰流速比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗后左椎动脉、右椎动脉及基底动脉收缩末期、舒张末期峰流速均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均未发现严重不良反应。结论马来酸桂哌齐特注射液在治疗椎基底动脉供血不足所致眩晕方面具有较好的临床疗效,且不良反应小。Objective To explore the clinical effect of cinepazide maleate injection in the treatment of vertigo caused by vertebrobasilar insufficiency. Methods A total of 75 patients with vertigo caused by vertebrobasilar insufficiency in our hospital from January 2013 to March 2014 were selected,they were randomly divided into treatment group（ 38 cases） and control group（ 37 cases）. Control group was treated with danshen injection,while treatment group was treated with cinepazide maleate injection. Clinical effect was compared between the two groups,and transcranial cerebral Doppler（ TCD） was used before and after treatment to measure the peak flow of left vertebral artery（ LVA）,right vertebral artery（ RVA） and basilar artery（ BA）at end- systolic stage and at end- diastolic stage. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 94. 7%（ 36 /38）,was higher than that of control group of 81. 1%（ 30 /37）,the difference was statistically significantly different（ P〈0. 05）.The peak flow of LVA,RVA and BA at end- systolic stage and at end- diastolic stage were statistically significantly different before and after treatment in both groups（ P〈0. 05）; those of treatment group were higher than those of control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significantly different（ P〈0. 05）. No one occurred serious adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion Cinepazide maleate injection has good clinical effect in the treatment of vertigo caused by vertebrobasilar insufficiency,with less adverse reactions.
