动态脑电图和常规脑电图对精神运动性癫痫的诊断价值比较

摘　　要：目的比较动态脑电图和常规脑电图对精神运动性癫痫的诊断价值。方法对2011年5月—2013年5月于我院进行治疗的87例精神运动性癫痫患者分别进行动态脑电图和常规脑电图检测,比较两种检测结果。结果动态脑电图和与常规脑电图检测结果的总异常率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。动态脑电图痫样波检出率高于常规脑电图,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论动态脑电图能提高精神运动性癫痫患者痫样波的检出率。Objective To compare the diagnostic value between dynamic EEG and routine EEG on psychomotor epilepsy. Methods A total of 87 patients with psychomotor epilepsy in our hospital from May 2011 to May 2013 were detected by dynamic EEG and routine EEG,and the examination results were compared. Results The total abnormal rate between dynamic EEG and routine EEG was statistically significantly different（ P〈0. 05）. The detection rate of epileptiform wave of dynamic EEG was higher than that of routine EEG,the difference was statistically significantly different（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Dynamic EEG can improve the detection rate of epileptiform wave in patients with psychomotor epilepsy.
