摘  要:目的研究Fas-1377基因多态与青海地区乳腺癌风险的关系。方法采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)分析方法,检测了233例青海女性乳腺癌患者和219个正常女性的Fas-1377基因多态,用χ2检验分析其基因多态与乳腺癌风险间的关系。结果 233例乳腺癌中,Fas-1377基因多态频率分布:纯合野生型GG为21.0%(49/233)、杂合型GA为56.7%(132/233)、纯合突变型AA为22.3%(52/233)。正常对照组,219例正常女性中,Fas-1377基因多态频率分布:纯合野生型GG为36.6%(80/219)、杂合型GA为40.6%(89/219)、纯合突变型AA为22.8%(50/219)。青海地区乳腺癌病例组和正常对照组间Fas-1377基因多态分布差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论 Fas-1377基因多态可能与青海地区乳腺癌风险有联系。【Objective】 To investigate the correlation between Fas-1377 gene polymorphisms and risk of breast cancer in Qinghai ,China. 【Methods】 The polymorphisms of Fas-1377 gene were detected by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphisms assay (PCR-RFLP) in 233 female breast cancer patients and 219 normal female, X2 was applied to assess the association between polymorphisms of Fas-1377 gene and breast cancer risk. 【Results】 In 233 breast cancer patients, the frequency of Fas-1377 GG (homozygous wild type), GA (heterozygous type), AA (homozygous mutant type) was respectively 21.0% (49/233), 56.7% (132/233) and 22.3% (52/233). In the control group, the frequency of Fas-1377GG, GA, AA was respectively 36.6%(80/219), 40.6% (89/219) and 22.8% (50/219) in 219 normal female. Significant difference existed in the distribution of Fas-1377 gene polymorphisms between breast cancer patients and normal controls (P =0.000). 【Conclusions】 The polymorphisms of Fas- 1377 gene may be associated with risk of breast cancer in Qinghai ,China.
