肤福牌皮肤抑菌护肤喷雾剂的研制

摘　　要：目的研制开发一种完整皮肤抑菌护肤喷雾剂。方法拟定处方组成与制备工艺,进行性状、鉴别、检查、含量测定等质量研究,检测微生物污染,并考察抑菌效果、稳定性以及皮肤刺激性。结果样品的各项质量检测结果均符合规定;微生物污染检测结果符合GB15979-2002的规定;样品原液作用2 min对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌以及白色念珠菌的平均抑菌率分别为61.15%、71.51%、63.04%和53.64%;经稳定性加速试验确定有效期为2年,且对家兔完整皮肤无刺激性。结论该制剂处方合理,制备工艺可行,质量可控,抑菌护肤作用以及稳定性良好。【Objectives】To develop a spray for bacteria-inhibiting and protection of intact skin.【Methods】Designed the prescription and preparation technology, and the character, identification, examination and content determination were tested. Microbial contamination was detected, and the bacteriostasis effect, stability and irritation of skin were investigated. 【Results】The results of quality test of the sample were in accordance with the provisions,and the result of microbial contamination test also conformed to the GB15979-2002. The average inhibition rate of samples after 2 minutes reaction to Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans were 61.15%, 71.51%, 63.04% and 53.64%, respectively. The expiry date is 2 years which determined by accelerated test of stability, and it had no irritation to intact skin of rabbit. 【Conclusion】The formulation was reasonable in formulation, feasible in preparation technique, accurate in quality control, good in stability and effect for bacteria-inhibiting and protection of skin.
