摘 要:以小型鱼雷式AUV作为研究对象,建立了参数化有限元分析模型,分别采用解析计算方法和nastran有限元分析获得输入功率流变化规律,验证有限元模型的可靠性。后处理得到AUV脊线上特征点在全频域范围内结构声强变化及AUV形体中功率流传播规律,结合PCL语言,得到AUV中功率流等值线分布,前后呼应展现了推进器系统激励下水下机器人中功率流传播特性。最后利用FEM优化平台结合振动功率流思想优化得到AUV壳体尺寸最优解,以蛛网图的形式对比了高低频处结构声强振动幅值与波动范围,印证了此优化思想。A parametric finite element analysis model for a small torpedo AUV was established.The input power flow variation laws were obtained with the analytical calculation method and NASTRAN FE analysis,respectively.The result comparison verified the reliability of the finite element model.Structural sound intensity changes of feature points along the AUV ridge line in the whole frequency domain and the power flow propagation in the AUV’s body were obtained with Matlab while the power flow contour maps of the AUV was obtained with PCL language.The power flow propagation characteristics of the underwater vehicle under propulsive system excitation was revealed as echo to sound.Finally,the optimal solution to the AUV shell size was gained by using FEM optimization platform combined with the idea of vibration power flow and the output optimization results were contrasted in the form of a spider diagram to confirm the optimization idea.
