摘　　要：热轧中宽带钢的板凸度是板形的重要组成部分和产品质量的主要指标之一。为了解决生产过程中存在的带钢凸度小甚至负凸度的问题，结合板形控制理论与现场实际条件分析了问题的原因，设计了余弦辊形曲线并在850mm中宽带生产线上应用，现场实验表明采用该曲线可获得良好的板凸度并使平直度控制水平得到提高。Strip crown is one of the very important quality indicators of strip profile and product quality in medium wide hot rolled strip mill. Focus on the issue of too small or even negative strip crown, based on the theory of strip profile control, the reason was analyzed and a set of cosine work roll curves were designed and applied in field after enough experiments were made. Application shows that after the new set of work roll curves were used, better strip crown can be obtained usually and better flatness can be achieved.
