摘　　要：异硫氰酸苯乙酯(PEITC)是常见的人工合成的抗肿瘤单体,其具有良好的抗肿瘤作用。目前证实PEITC在肝癌、乳腺癌及骨髓瘤等恶性肿瘤的体外试验中的抗肿瘤效果显著,诱导细胞凋亡作用明显。该文主要就PEITC预防肿瘤、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡及抑制侵袭转移等方面的作用进行阐述。除抗肿瘤之外,PEITC还具有抗炎和提高机体免疫力的功效。PEITC是理想的防癌剂,在未来抗肿瘤领域中一定会扮演重要的角色,值得临床推广和使用。Phenethyl isothiocyanate （PEITC） is a common artificial synthetic antitumor monomer,with good anti-tumor effect.At present,the anti-tumor effect of PEITC in liver cancer,breast cancer,multiple myeloma and other malignant tumor has been confirmed,with significant apoptosis-inducing effect.Here is to make a review of PEITC＇s role of preventing cancer,inducing apoptosis of tumor cells and inhibiting invasion and metastasis,besides,many clinical studies found that PEITC also has remarkable anti-inflammatory and immunity improving efficacy.Therefore,PEITC is an ideal anti-cancer agent,which will play a very important role in the anti-tumor field in the future,and is worth of clinical promotion and application.
