摘　　要：RUNX3作为RUNX3基因家族转录因子的一员,在细胞生长、发育、凋亡和信号转导及其生物学效应有着举足轻重的作用。抑癌基因RUNX3的失活或丢失在肿瘤及表达下降的程度与肿瘤患者的生存及预后存在密切关系。目前已证实,在胃癌等相关恶性肿瘤中都相继出现了RUNX3基因转录和翻译水平的下调,随着RUNX3基因在肿瘤中作用机制更深一步的揭示,必将为各类恶性肿瘤的临床治疗奠定良好的基础。RUNX3 as a member of the family of RUNX3 gene transcription factors,plays an important role in cell growth,development,apoptosis and signal transduction with its biological effect.Suppressor RUNX3 inactivation or missing in the extent of the tumor and expression decrease are closely related to the survival and prognosis of cancer patients.It has now been confirmed that in the malignant tumor related to gastric cancer the RUNX3 gene transcription and translation level decrease appear;as the further revealing of RUNX3 gene in the tumor mechanism,there will be good basis for the clinical treatment for all kinds of malignant tumors.
