摘　　要：科技信息是产品研发的基础,中小企业人才相对缺乏,制约了科技信息资源的利用。文章从研发流程入手,分析研发各阶段科技信息需求,介绍研发科技信息服务的做法,并谈几点体会。The science ＆technology information is the basis of product research and development, but the relative lack of talent in small and medium-sized enterprise is restricting the use of science and technology information resources. From the development process, the paper develops and analysis the needs in each stage of science and technology information, introduce the development of science and technology information service practice, and talk about a few experience.
