摘 要:随着现在科技的进步和发展,工厂对物流自动化程度要求越来越高,从我国汽车装配生产线中的零配件搬运的实际出发,物流的效率是最大的问题,针对这一问题,主要对磁导航AGV的关键模块进行了结构设计,选用PLC作为AGV的控制系统,同时对控制系统的关键模块进行了梯形图编程,很好的体现了AGV小车作为物流自动化的功能,大大的提高了工厂的物流工作效率,减轻了工人的劳动强度。With the development and progress of science and technology, more and more high - leveled automation logistics are needed by factories. In view of the reality of components' transportation in the vehicle assembling lines in our country, the biggest problem is the efficiency of logistics. In order to solve this problem, this paper designs the structure of the key modules of magnetic navigation AGV, which adopts PLC as the control system of AGV, at the same time puts ladder diagram programming to the key modules of the control system. The design better embodies the AGV car' s function in logistics automation, greatly improves the logistics efficiency of the factory, and reduces the labor intensity of workers, thus great social and economic benefits could be achieved.
