摘  要:近年来,磁粉离合器以其优良的性能在很多领域得到了广泛的应用。本文基于对磁粉离合器工作机理和结构特性的研究,提出一种新型磁粉联轴器设计思路。运用UG软件进行联轴器三维建模,进行结构静力学分析,同时基于Ansoft磁场仿真软件,对新型联轴器进行三维瞬态电磁场分析,得出运动过程中联轴器内部电磁场强度分布,并近似计算其传递扭矩,从而得到可靠的预期性能。In recent years, due to its excellent performance ,magnetic clutch has been used widely in many areas . Based on the study of working mechanism and structural properties of magnetic clutch , this paper raises a new design of magnetic coupling , which employs UG software to establish a three - dimensional modeling of couplings for structural static analysis, and analyzes the three - dimensional transient electromagnetic field of a new coupling based on ansoft simulation software . The internal electromagnetic intensity distribution of coupling inside during motion is worked out and its approximate transmission torque is calculated, and an reliable performance is achieved as expected.
