摘  要:为了研究稳态工况和瞬态工况下转向系统中转向器转向比和衬套刚度等15个特性参数对转向灵敏度的影响,在Adams/Car平台下建立了包含所有部件的齿轮齿条式转向系统,并嵌入到整车模型中。采用DOE试验方法分析转向灵敏度,通过改变相应参数,研究其对转向灵敏度的影响,结果表明:只有转向器转向比等6个参数对转向灵敏度有显著影响,从而为转向系统的设计和优化提供一定的参考依据。In order to investigate the influence of the fifteen parameters including steering box ratio and stiffness of bushing on the steering sensitivity in dynamic steady state and transient state,the rack and pinion steering system with all components was set up by Adams/Car and embedded into the whole vehicle model. Sensitivity analysis based on DOE method had been done. This paper studied the relationship between the parameters and steering sensitivity,and the results indicated that six parameters including steering box ratio had the key impact on the steering sensitivity,which offered the references for design and optimization of the steering system.
