摘　　要：明代祁门徐春甫先生编纂的《古今医统大全》被称为融古通今的巨著,先生借鉴诸书,总结百方治疗脾胃系统疾病。通过对其文章中"脾"文献的整理和学习,对中医之脾的相关理论进行了初步探讨,突出脾作为后天之本、气血生化之源的重要性。根据中医学的"辨证论治",临床上脾病均需结合脾的生理特性、生理功能等不同角度进行辨证。脾胃同居中焦,以"平"为安,而脾主升、胃主降,故在脾病的防治过程中需要配合和降胃气等方法以提高临床疗效。The Ming Dynasty Qimen Mr.XU Chunfu codification of the Ancient and Modern Medicine Encyclopedia called the thawing opus ancient pass this reference book,Mr.Zhu,summarize the 100 square in treating spleen and stomach diseases.Though learning about ‘spleen＇literature,theory of TCM spleen are discussed,highlighting the importance of the spleen and the source of Qi and blood biochemistry.According to TCM‘syndrome differentiation＇,the spleen disease should combine physiological properties,the physiological functions of spleen and so on the different angle to syndrome in clinic.The spleen and stomach in cohabitation,to‘flat＇for security,and spleen up,stomach lord,so in the treatment of spleen should meet descending stomach Qi and other methods to improve the clinical efficacy.
