摘　　要：我国高等教育的重要意义就是培养高素质的人才,创新能力是人才培养质量中的关键性指标之一。构建校内创新实践基地,对于大学生团队精神、创新意识和动手能力的增强,以及学习使命感和责任心的培养、综合素质的提高,均具有非常重要的意义。从基地的建设、运行概况、成效等方面,阐述校内实践教学基地在大学生素质教育及创新人才培养中发挥了不可替代的重要作用。Training students’ consciousness and ability of innovation is an important part of higher education and a critical standard in checking the vitality of colleges and universities . The construction of innovation practice bases on campus in colleges and universities is very important for training and improving students’ comprehensive quality , strengthening their sense of mission and responsibility , stimulating their study enthusiasm , and enhancing their team spirit , innovative awareness and hands-on ability . Taking the construction of innovation practice bases on campus in China University of Geosciences as an example ,from the aspects of bases construction , running situation and results , this article also elaborates on that the improvement quality of academician and the construction of intramural innovation practice bases play an important role in cultivating innovative talents .
