摘　　要：为进一步强化大学农业推广的公益性职能,优化国家农技推广体系,自2012年以来,国家先后分两批批准39所高校建设新农村发展研究院。近2年的建设中,对新农村发展研究院的组织管理和运行模式作了积极探索,但在发展过程中还存在一些问题。推动新农村发展研究院可持续运行,今后应稳定经费支持渠道、强化资源整合力度、加强考评机制改革、创新农技推广人才培养模式、注重涉农高校的智库建设、优化新农村建设信息化体系。To strengthen the function of university on agricultural technology extension and optimize the national agricultural technology extension system, since 2012, the state has approved 39 universities to construct the New Rural Development Institute.Each institute had done a lot of work on the public extension of agricultural technology in nearly 2 years.This paper, taking Nanjing Agricultural University as an example,introduces the current situations of the New Rural Development Institute;and according to the goal of construction, analyzes the problems in the process of construction,and puts forward some suggestions for the future development.
