基于角色期望理论视角的高校新型师生关系构建研究

摘  要:针对当前高校师生情感淡漠化、关系陌生化、交往肤浅化、信任缺失化、定位功利化等状况,基于角色期望的理论视角,在调查高校师生对彼此的角色期望的基础上,设计以教师为关键主体、学生为重要主体、学校为保障主体、社会为环境主体,实现教师主导、学生主动、学校支持、社会协作的新型师生关系构建范式。新型师生关系有助于引导高校师生树立正确的师生观念,优化彼此之间的关系,实现良性互动,提升育人质量。In view of the current situation of college student relationship, such as relationship alienation,communication superficiality, trust-lacking and militaristic relationship, and based on the role expectation theory, the authors conducted a further research on the condition of university teacher-student relationship and figured out the expectations of teachers and students. The authors systematically constructed a paradigm with teachers as key guiding parts, students as important initial parts, university as supporting guarantee, and community as cooperative environment. The new type of teachers-students relationship is beneficial to the correct conception of teachers-students relationship,and effective interaction in the talent cultivation.
