摘　　要：该文对家庭经济困难学生的心理资本现状进行调研,发现当前非家庭经济困难学生心理资本状况显著好于家庭经济困难学生,家庭经济困难学生心理资本水平在性别、年级和是否曾担任学生干部这些变量上存在差异。并从完善心理健康课程体系建设、优化心理资本培育环境及家庭经济困难生自我提升实践三个方面进一步提出了心理资本提升建议。Surveys of the psychological capital of the undergraduates show that the psychological capital of non-impoverished college students is significantly better than that of the students from poor families. Significant differences can be found in the variables of gender,grade and student cadre. Several strategies are discussed to promote impoverished college students' psychological capital,including establishing and improving psychological health course system,developing the culture environment,and strengthening impoverished college students' self-improvement practice.
