摘　　要：本文依据军队精神专科医保病人的住院人数变化、医疗费用的构成和床日费用等相关数据分析,来反映精神病人床日费用受到治疗项目、相关政策以及军队医院自身局限性等因素的影响,从而阐述精神病人的住院费用存在可控因素和不可控因素。为了缓解精神疾病医保患者的住院费用过高的问题,医院可以从可控因素着手,加以严格管控,同时积极促进非可控因素的转变,减少不必要的医疗支出,来满足病患日益增长的住院费用的需求。To analyze the relevant data of military psychiatric health care on the basis of the sick hospitalization number change,medical expense constitution and bed day cost,and to reflect the mental patient bed day cost by the treatment project,relevant policies and military hospital its limitations and other factors. There are controllable and uncontrollable factors on the cost of hospitalization of mental patients. In order to alleviate mental disease medical insurance of hospitalization costs is too high,the hospital can proceed from the controllable factors,strict control,and actively promote the transformation of non controllable factors,reduce unnecessary medical expenses,to meet the growing cost of hospitalized patients＇ demand.
