针药结合治疗儿童抽动-秽语综合征70例临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨针刺结合中药对儿童抽动-秽语综合征(TS)的临床疗效。方法中药对照组70例,根据辨证分型随证加减;西药对照组70例,采用氟哌啶醇、硫必利治疗;针药治疗组70例,除中药口服外配合针刺治疗,基本取穴:太冲、行间。结果 1个疗程后,3组YGTSS评分与治疗前比较差异具有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。治疗后针药治疗组与其他2组比较,差异有统计意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);中药对照组总有效率为80.00%,针药治疗组总有效率为94.29%,西药对照组总有效率为85.71%,3组总有效率比较,差异具有统计意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),说明针药治疗组疗效优于中药对照组与西药对照组。结论针药结合治疗抽动-秽语综合征患儿能显著减少耶鲁抽动症整体严重程度量表(YGTSS)评分,改善TS患儿的病情程度,疗效显著。Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture and medicine on pediatric Tourette＇ s syndrome （TS）. Methods 70 cases were in the traditional Chinese medicine control group; medicine group with haloperidol, tiapride treatment; 70 cases in treatment group of addition to oral traditional Chinese medicine, basic points were selected： Taichong, 70 cases were in the western acupuncture and medicine, in Hangjian. Results 1 course after, YGTSS score in the three groups had statistical difference compared with pretreatment{ P〈0.01 ）. Compared to the 2 control groups after treatment, traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture treatment group had the statis- tical difference（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ） ; total effectiveness was 80.00% in traditional Chinese medicine control group, 94.29% in the treatment group, 85.71% in western medicine control group. Total effectiveness in the treatment group had high statistical significant difference with 2 control groups （ P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ） , which was better than the traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine control group. Conclusion Acupuncture treatment of children with Tourette syndrom can significantly reduce the Yale Global Tourette＇ s syndrome Severity Scale （YGTSS ） score, improve the severity of TS patients, with better curative effect.
