摘　　要：交往存在于人的一切社会活动之中,思想政治教育是伴随教育交往,通过信息的交流与互动达成共识与觉解,提升大学生生命品质的精神交往。从传播学视角探析高校教育者与受教育者的人际传播,将探究高校思想政治教育信息传播引向丰富多彩的多元主体间交往图景,从实践层面分析高校思想政治教育信息的人际传播问题,以优化高校思想政治教育信息传播。Communication exists in all social activities.Accompanied by educational communication,i-deological and political education enhances the quality of students＆#39;spirit through the consensus and un-derstanding between the communication and interaction of information.From the perspective of inter-personal communication,this paper discusses the interpersonal communication in college education between educators and the educated,and explores the information dissemination of Ideological and po-litical education to the rich and colorful of intersubjective communication pattern.In order to optimize the information of ideological and political education,the paper also analyzes the practical problems of interpersonal communication in ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
